terms.of_service()
Service
NexCompute provides software and marketplace infrastructure that can match buyers of compute with independent compute providers. Providers operate their own hardware and publish compute availability through the coordinator.
Wallets and blockchain transactions
Users control their wallets and are responsible for wallet security. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Settlement behavior shown by the application follows the program and network configuration active for the deployed service.
Fees and settlement
Compute jobs are priced in USDC terms. Job estimates, budget caps and actual charges are displayed from coordinator and execution data.
Workloads
Users must have the rights necessary for code, models, data and content they submit. Workloads must comply with applicable law, provider rules and the project acceptable-use policy.
Providers
Providers are responsible for their systems, advertised capabilities, lawful operation, taxes and obligations that apply to their operation.
Open-source software
Software distributed under Apache-2.0 is governed by that license. The open-source license does not grant rights to project branding except as allowed by applicable trademark law or separate permission.
